It is with profound sadness and endless love that we announce the passing of Audrie Lorraine Pelosi on May 30, 2026, at the age of 30. Her vibrant life was cut short due to a tragic climbing accident.

Born on February 19, 1996, in the Duluth, Minnesota area, Audrie was an old soul with a wild heart and a deep love for the outdoors. She pursued a life filled with adventure, connection, and purpose, always seeking the next mountain to climb, trail to ride, or snow-covered slope to explore. She was a lover not a fighter, a climber not a whiner, one tough adventure chick.

Audrie’s passion for the outdoors shaped both her personal and professional life. During her work at Ski Hut in Duluth, she met the love of her life, Jimmy “The Fox” Robinson, at a snowboard event at Welch Village, MN.  The connection was truly love at first sight. Instantly Lovers and Soulmates. On February 22, 2023, at 2:22 p.m., surrounded by the beauty of Mount Bohemia, Audrie and Jimmy were married atop the mountain they loved. Their friends and family witnessed an epic love story.

Following their marriage, Audrie moved to Baraboo, Wisconsin, where she built a life filled with community, friendship, and adventure. The locals quickly called her a Baraboo Celebrity. She excelled in several roles, including her work with Ski Hut of Duluth, Viking Ski Shop of Chicago, Wildside Action Sports of Baraboo, Downtown Baraboo Inc., Bella Vita Coffee, and Apex Adventure Alliance. No matter where she worked, Audrie left a lasting impression through her dedication, kindness, and unmistakable sense of humor.

Audrie was known and loved for her contagious dry wit, her authenticity, and her ability to make everyone feel loved. People gravitated toward her naturally. Whether she was sharing stories around a campfire, helping someone conquer a climbing route, or simply making friends laugh with a perfectly timed comment, Audrie brought light wherever she went.

Among her greatest joys was being a proud dog mom to the three-legged Chili Dog, an incredibly loving auntie to 10 nieces and nephews (“the little beans”) and surrounding herself with new challenges in the great outdoors.

Audrie is survived by her devoted husband, Jimmy Robinson; Grandparents, John Schweiger and Joseph A. Pelosi Sr.; Parents, Heather Schweiger, and Paul (Penny) Pelosi; In-laws, James and Dawn Robinson; Siblings, Lindsay (Nelson) del Valle, Shannon Pelosi, Joseph Pelosi, and Isaac Schweiger; Step Siblings, Kelsey Rutchasky, Elijah Brant, Hailey Brant, Shaye Brant and Rayna Arndt; Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a community of snowboarders, climbers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts who were fortunate enough to know her.

Though her time with us was far too short, the impact she made on the lives around her will endure for generations. Audrie will be deeply missed by the snowboarding and rock-climbing communities that she loved so dearly. Her spirit lives on in every summit reached, every trail explored, and every snowy mountain run shared among friends.

Keep climbing, Audrie. We love you, and we will carry you with us always.
